Here we have for sale a 2009 Renault Clio Estate 1.2 Petrol Manual. This car has an M.O.T until 30th September 2025, currently sitting on 82,446. This may increase with use. This car is the perfect allrounder. Not only being economical with its 1.2 Petrol, but having a huge boot and plenty of room for passengers. It is a really cheap car to own and run, being able to achieve 49mpg, as well as having a low tax bracket and a low insurance group 12E. The car is a 5 speed manual, paired with the 1.2L petrol, a solid engine choice for these cars. It shifts into every gear with no crunches or knocks and accelerates smoothly throughout the rev range. It is a great little car to drive, being easy to manoeuvre and having plenty of visibility. Bodywork wise it has some age-related marks around the car. There is a slight scrape to the passenger side rear bumper (as seen in the photos) and a slight mark on the front bumper, drivers’ side. This car was a part exchange and has been prepared for sale. It has 4 really good tyres. The rear tyres are brand new, the front tyres whilst not being brand new both have really good tread. It also has a full-size spare wheel with a near new tyre fitted. My son has brought me a little 107 for local run abouts and to be fair its a tad small! Hence selling. It's a very nice little auto ulez car. It has MOT and runs and drives quite nice and have had most of the work done for a fresh test. Work done includes: - new engine at under 60k miles (about 300 quid parts plus labour) - new brakes and cylinders all round (fitted and bled) - new tyres all round (about 200 quid) - Fresh service and filters (about 60 quid) The suspension is tight, ac works (fairly ice cold) and power steering/electrics are all good. It's the Toyota engine which is quite bulletproof as the replacement engine runs sweet with no misfires etc. The auto gearbox I had my mechanic friend to check and is I'm fully working order as it changes gears fine in both manual and auto. I was intending to take it for local shoppings and has had a few motorway runs but fancied something bigger to be fair. The bad bits from what I can see are that the bodywork needs some tlc but it's quite good for age as you can see from the pictures! There is also some extra bits that come with the car as spares which I am happy to sell with the car for the right buyer as shown in the photos. Its 20 quid a year to tax and very cheap to run, it could probably go to a good new home. I don't know much about these cars so just thought to sell and get something bigger.
