2012 BMW 1 Series M Sport package (120D e88) in BMW's signature Carbon Shwartz colour. Ive owned this car since 2017. I was the 2nd owner from new. It will be sold as seen, ive had a few lights on the dash including an engine warning light on the dash for the past week. My mechanic plugged the car in and it stated the DPF was clogged, i then got a full DPF clean and light disappeared and all error codes were gone from the reader. The light came back on and i plugged it back in but no error codes were present so i am unsure what it could be. The reason for the different colour wing mirror is it got broken off while i was in work and when i came to replace it. I couldn't find one that was the exact colour i needed. Overall a lovely car for its age (even more enjoyable in the summer months) reason for sale is im starting a business and saving for a works van. Theres a few age related marks, scratches and dents. Alot of them are from where other people have hit my car while parked etc. The convertible roof is fully working with no leaks or tears. The car has recently had: - Full DPF clean. - New clutch and fly wheel flitted. - Rear drive shafts and wheel bearings. - Rear shock absorbers changed in October. - Full service in March - 139,368 miles (will go up slightly) - MOT Expires in December - It has also had alot of other work done over the years ive owned the car. Had 2 years of enjoyment with this 17 year old car, which was originally bought as an interim daily run about. In good working order, though bears several marks and scuffs collected through its previous life to my ownership. Additional bad points are the roof also has algae marks and sap spots on, which can be brightened up with a decent clean, but not removed. The central glove-box lid is present but needs repairing, and the DPF warning has recently come on. Has the older Audi 2.0 TDi diesel engine, so isn't the quietest, but it all works, including the power roof, and has had a new turbocharger, brakes and battery fitted in the last 18 months. Lovely car, owned for 11yrs, has been very reliable and great to drive. For a 20yr old car, it looks great and is in good condition. It will be a great run around, first car or for parts. - 4x new tyres and refurbed Mini alloy wheels - Interior clean and decent condition - Seats are part leather/part cloth - Working sun roof only - Heated front seats - Cruise control - electric windows - MOT until January 12th 2026 - 1/4 tank of fuel As it is 20yrs old, there are a few niggles: - the roof opens to a sunroof, but does not go all the way down. It is fixable (however it works perfectly as a sunroof so is not a necessary fix) - the side windows can drop slightly when front windows are opened. This has been looked at, and the window regulators need replacing. Been told it would cost between £75 and £150 in total for both using second hand parts. - there are two small wear marks/holes either side on the roof at the point where it fully folds. These have been temporarily 'patched'. - the glove box needs a new lock and currently does not open - There is 1x key and the battery has recently died, so it's currently manual opening/locking. - some wear and tear to interior due to age - in the winter, because it is a convertible, it can get some condensation inside so the back can sometimes get a little damp-ish Category N This literally was a bumper repair in 2023 Mileage: The mileage is 40,000 less than what the clock shows, and is currently at just under 104,000. The mileage clock shows  143,386  as in 2021 the dashboard clock was replaced due to a fault, and the new part had a higher mileage. I have the receipts and the former part to prove this. In addition, if you look at the MOT reports, you can see average mileage 3000-5000 a year, and in 2021 it jumps by 40,000. *Please note, the private number plate has been removed, the registration number is: GP04ZLE*
