It's been so good, I kept it over a year. Forget what you think you know about compact cars. This IQ2 offers an incredible design with surprising interior space. Even at 6'4", I find it plenty comfortable, proving it's more like a "big car cut in half" than a typical small car. With 117,000 miles on the clock, the mechanics are still as tight as a drum. As with most Toyotas, you'll find a strong engine and drivetrain that are built to last. This car truly embodies Toyota's reputation for reliability. Good Points & Bad Points - In the spirit of complete honesty, here's a transparent appraisal: Bad Points: * Cosmetic paint issues: Some minor imperfections were caused by roofing felt during a storm. * Dented sills: A previous owner unfortunately used an incorrect jacking point, a common issue with these cars. * Peeling lacquer on alloys: Small areas of lacquer are starting to peel on the alloy wheels. Renault Mégane coupe 1.9 dci. MOT till 11/01/2026. 2 keys. Has been my car for nearly 7 years now and has never let me down, only selling as I've bought a new car. Timing belt and water pump were replaced at 95,000 miles (invoice available). I've done loads of work to it over the years I've owned it and have replaced nearly all of the front and back suspension and recently replaced the nearside CV joint. Mechanically it's absolutely sound, with no rattles or knocks, the engine has been absolutely faultless, starts 1st time every day and drives very well. There is no service history, although I have changed the oil and filters annually regardless of miles covered. Cosmetically it has a few nicks to be expected at this age, but it's in good condition overall. The interior is generally in good condition, although I had to put a patch on the drivers seat bolster as it started to wear out. I have also fitted a Nextbase DAB unit to the stereo.
