Good mechanical order other than clutch issue and sensor issue with automatic release for electric handbrake, meaning you need to release handbrake manually (causes no issues whatsoever). Renault Mégane coupe 1.9 dci. MOT till 11/01/2026. 2 keys. Has been my car for nearly 7 years now and has never let me down, only selling as I've bought a new car. Timing belt and water pump were replaced at 95,000 miles (invoice available). I've done loads of work to it over the years I've owned it and have replaced nearly all of the front and back suspension and recently replaced the nearside CV joint. Mechanically it's absolutely sound, with no rattles or knocks, the engine has been absolutely faultless, starts 1st time every day and drives very well. There is no service history, although I have changed the oil and filters annually regardless of miles covered. Cosmetically it has a few nicks to be expected at this age, but it's in good condition overall. The interior is generally in good condition, although I had to put a patch on the drivers seat bolster as it started to wear out. I have also fitted a Nextbase DAB unit to the stereo. Non runner for Spares or repair. Suspected timing chain failure. Engine cut out on motorway and wouldn’t restart. RAC breakdown report in the photos. This car was very well spec’d from the factory so anyone looking to strip it for parts would do well. That was my plan but just don’t have the time. Would also be a great fixer as it’s a lovely looking car if you have the time & skills to swap the engine. - Factory fitted JCW kit including front and rear bumpers, side skirts & sill trims. - JCW alloys - Full black leather interior with heated front seats which are all in fantastic condition. - Xenon headlights - Sat nav - Harman Kardon sound system It has the BMW 1.6 diesel engine.
