This Audi A4 2.0 Tdi Avant has been a superb and dependable workhorse for the near 30,000 miles I have covered while I have owned it. It has been just that, a superb workhorse needing only the usual service maintenance and tyres and had a cambelt at 195,000. Don't be put off by the mileage there are far more poorly maintained cars out there with half the miles and not as reliable as this old girl, the car puls strong, does not smoke even when it pulls a trailer, clutch is good, and returns 45mpg pretty much all the time. It really doesn't look its age or mileage with its genuine Audi 18" Multi Spoke alloys and red calipers, the black pack dechrome also sets it off from other models. I will be sad to see her go as it has been so reliable I may live to regret it, but my work brings even more miles for me to cover soon. SPARES OR REPAIR There is a transmission fault, codes have been read and are: 0793 (secondary rpm sensor Y3/9b4 unavailable) 0722 (RPM Sensor Y3/9b5 unavailable) 0896 (impermissible adjustment of the step-down ratio) No problems until the fault comes up (which can be after 10 minutes or drive for hours just fine). Once the fault comes up it feels like it's seeking rpm under acceleration. Stopping and starting the car clears the fault on screen and it drives normally again. Clean car with lovely interior, auto headlights, large colour screen, cd multi-changer in glovebox. Would repair but we have 3 cars and need to get rid of one and I'm not a mechanic and garage rates for dismantling it is prohibitive (look up ecu repair for Mercedes Benz 722.8 CVT).

I really wish I didn't have to sell this car, I love it a lot, but unfortunately, the time has come. I just don't have the time or knowledge to maintain the vehicle the way it deserves, so I am looking for someone to give it the TLC it needs. Rover 75 Classic SE CDT Black 2L Diesel 2002 ~74,000 SORN & MOT Expired No optional extras or modifications fitted Last service over a year ago Condition: Tired, but not in bad condition. A few minor scrapes and marks but could probably be detailed out. Minor electric issue, possibly a loose wire, causing the indicator light to speed up on occasion. Battery flat. The engine is in beautiful condition, purrs and runs wonderfully, and the gearbox is still as smooth as silk. Interior is good but has a bit of wear from age. The car currently has one MAJOR ISSUE - the rear brakes are not functioning, i.e., there is no working handbrake. I have the parts required to fix the issue but haven't been able to find the time to do it. Once the rear brakes have been fixed, this car will run and operate wonderfully. Thanks to the low mileage, it'll keep going for years and years to come! I also have some additional spare parts and Haynes manual that will be included.
