This car is great for beginners. It’s been cleaned, so don’t be misled by the photo — I took it earlier. Everything works as it should and there are no mechanical issues. There is a small tear on the seat, which you can see in the photo. Minor issue: The only problem is with the manual door lock – it got stuck, so the car can currently only be opened electrically. Because of this, I also can’t open the boot. However, this is a quick and cheap fix (around £2),I just haven’t had time to do it and I haven’t needed to use the boot.

Hello, I have here for sale my 1.6 2008 Vauxhall Astra, the car has 71,000 miles and since owning the car I haven’t had any issues at all, runs and drives perfect, the car has only clocked up 5,000 miles since the last MOT in October 2024 this is purely because with my old job I had a work van which I was allowed to use for personal use so the car was only used on weekends, which I think is why for a 2008, the car is is prestige condition as the photos show. The reason for sale of my car is simply a change of job now means I’ve no work van and am looking to get something more suited I.e a 4x4/ my own van.
