Seat Leon 1.4tsi 2009 158131 miles For sale as spares/repairs is my Seat Leon. Owned for a short while due to it being missold to me.Before I bought this it had 4 new tyres-michelin cross climate 2s, also had a brand new battery fitted to it. Since I've had it, it has had a brand new waterpump fitted, due to rapid coolant loss. The reason I list this as spares/repairs is due to the fact there is still a coolant loss which I believe is the head gasket, as it overheated on my way home from work, it lost power and was milky inside and the expansion chamber was bone dry. Apart from the above problems the interior of the car is in very good condition with barely any wear. The exterior of the car is is in pretty good condition to with only the usual marks you would get, no major car park dings and only a very small patch of rust on the drivers wing, no bigger than a 10p coin. MOT failed on corroded OS rear area of sill, emissions (high CO) and NS track rod end. The MOT tester thought it might pass the emissions if it was a little hotter . The engine is running well and the car still drives nicely. The car has been very reliable the 6 1/2 years we've owned it. I've regularly started it since the MOT expired and moved it around my driveway. Other faults I'm aware of: NS rear area of the sill is also corroded, but didn't fail MOT The ignition key switch works, but has to be in the right position to start. The instrument panel light doesn't work. The front seats, especially the driver's, are in poor condition. Dent in front NS door. Paintwork in poor condition (see photos).
