Selling my 2003 BMW Z4 2.5L convertible - a classic roadster with a smooth drive, perfect for enjoying the open road this summer. The 2.5L straight-six engine still pulls strongly and sounds great. Roof works flawlessly and opens/closes smoothly, giving you top-down fun at the push of a button. I bought the car early 2024 and meant to use it for the summer but ended up using it everyday to and from work as well as for appointments, it never skipped a beat and travelled a fair distance over motorway, b roads and country lanes. Recent maintenance: New tyres all round and front suspension replaced in August 2024. Honest points to note: The engine warning light is on - believed to be due to a minor air hose leak, but hasn't been investigated further as it hasn't affected drivability. Paintwork shows signs of age, with some areas where the lacquer has peeled - common for cars of this age, but purely cosmetic. For sale is my Audi A4, it needs a new clutch however the clutch isn't slipping nor is it noisy still some life in it, I found an after market dual mass clutch for £600. There is an issue with starting the car on occasion, suspected starter motor, after a few tries she does turn over. EML on apparently due to the clutch causing sensor to come on. Car drives perfectly fine I drive my children around in it daily however I am in need of a 7 seater. Price reflects the issues stated above.
