Hello, I have here for sale my 1.6 2008 Vauxhall Astra, the car has 71,000 miles and since owning the car I haven’t had any issues at all, runs and drives perfect, the car has only clocked up 5,000 miles since the last MOT in October 2024 this is purely because with my old job I had a work van which I was allowed to use for personal use so the car was only used on weekends, which I think is why for a 2008, the car is is prestige condition as the photos show. The reason for sale of my car is simply a change of job now means I’ve no work van and am looking to get something more suited I.e a 4x4/ my own van. Volkswagen Fox - 1.4 16V Urban Fox Euro 4 3dr
1 year MOT. Great first car or small runaround. Fuel efficient and has been very reliable for me for a number of years. Recent work done in the last couple of years - new handbrake cable, new timing belt fitted in the last 10,000 miles, MOT done 10/07/25 (advisory to fix rear wiper and change front off side tyre which have both been done). So shouldn't be any issues to sort any time soon. It has some character - when the key is removed from the ignition, the windows go down. To raise windows and lock car this needs to be done from the outside - reliable and works every time, please see attached video of how this is done. This quirk is accounted for in the reduced price compared to other vehicles of similar age / mileage. Windows work without issue otherwise and all the internal electrics (dash display, radio, 12v socket) all work without issue. Any questions please let me know. Thanks.
