BMW 3 SERIES Convertible 318ci e46 petrol clean air zone compliant
BMW e46 318Ci convertible 2.0 petrol 5 speed manual in Topaz Blue. It had been parked up for 4 years by the previous owner when it stopped running and left under a tarpaulin on the driveway. I bought it this year as something to tinker with and get running. I've replaced the parts that it needed to get it running and and to pass an MOT, including fuel pump, crankshaft position sensor, camshaft position sensor, tyres, boot struts, rocker cover gasket, CCV, Vanos oil seals, vacuum pump oil seals, door speakers and various bulbs and now it runs and drives and everything works. Has had new oil, oil filter, plugs and airfilter. The roof is in great condition and opens and closes perfectly, everything works. Video linked below to avideo I uploaded of the roof working - https://youtu.be/ltRhu2NL-9g It could do with a new passenger wing as it has rusted through and has had a previous repair by a former owner but could be repairable by someone with the skils, also the front bumper is a bit faded it could do with some general TLC as it's been stood for so long prior to my getting it at the beginning of the year and it being 23 years old. It failed the first MOT in April as it was burning oil, so have done the Valve Stem Oil seals and it's now taxed and MOT'd. Runs very smoothly and was a very nice drive with the top down in the sunshine back from the MOT. We will be using the car daily in this lovely weather whilst it's for sale. 2.0 Petrol, Topaz Blue, M Sport wheels, Cream leather interior, cruise control, 5 speed manual, aircon, heated seats, electric memory seats, electric convertible roof, reversing parking sensors, Multi CD changer, remote central locking, Clean Airzone / ULEZ compliant Located in Avonmouth, Bristol. Here we have a 1 series in fairly poor condition body work and interior wise, it runs and drives very well however. Was bought as a potential project that now no longer have time for. Was bought cheap and will sell for what I bought it for. As far as I know needs a correct battery fitting, new front shocks and I think an abs wheel speed sensor. Also a bonnet release cable and handle as well as they are broken/missing. With an MOT and some love this can be a great cheap run around. Apparently it is stage 2 mapped too and it does pull well!

Will not start Please read the full description before contacting. 5 door in black just had service and MOT done, all work carried out to pass MOT including front brake pads and disk, both rear shock absorbers. DPF has just been cleaned too. Spent over £700 on it in the last month but unfortunately the timing chain has jumped and it will no longer start. Was diving beautifully with no issues prior to this.
