Spares or repair I was driving up a1 and i lost quite abit power i got to hard shoulder and smoke started coming out i assumed turbo so switched it off to avoid it running away , ive took intercooler pipes off to avoid it running away and it fires up fine ticks over fine , cant say it will if i put intercooler pipes back on Possibly turbo possibly something easy to fix but ive got a new car and cant be done messing on or spending any money ,163k miles 11 month mot x2 front new tyres 2 new front callipers pads and discs even tho discs look rusty from sitting outside a few days £800 or best offer takes it needs recovered

Car is near straiton retail park no mot /starts runs and drives well 180 odd thousands miles on the clock , timing belt , vacuum pump done 2018 , list of advisories for mot totally do able for a mechanic in the know. Most parts rework there for work done on it throughout its time. It’s got the usual rust spots in the usual spots These engines are pre restrictions and are extremely responsive and reliable . I would have kept it but too expensive for me to put into a garage. If you know you know , engine management light in the dash DPF sensor , doesn’t affect the cars performance , doesn’t go into limp mode… will drive away .£325 ovno .
