Ford Focus - 1.6 TDCi Style 5dr - Clutch failed hence priced for
I am selling this well maintained Focus estate which suffered a clutch failure in February. The failure is loss of pressure in the hydraulic system not the clutch itself. I have not investigated whether it is slave or master cylinder or just a leaky pipe. Up until then the car was in daily use by a member of the household. They were already in the market for a newer car so the repair has not been done. The MOT expired a week or two later but I have no reason to expect any serious problem with getting a new MOT. There are a couple of minor cosmetic blemishes to the exterior. The interior is clean and tidy. The radio works and I have full records of all work done since we bought the car in May 2011. I believe there is life left in this car but have priced it for spares or repair to get it off the drive. Please contact me for further details or any questions.

There is a slight scrape to the passenger side rear bumper (as seen in the photos) and a slight mark on the front bumper, drivers’ side. This car was a part exchange and has been prepared for sale. It has 4 really good tyres. The rear tyres are brand new, the front tyres whilst not being brand new both have really good tread. It also has a full-size spare wheel with a near new tyre fitted. We are still awaiting a V5C so if you where to purchase the vehicle you’d need to fill in a V62 document (we can provide this). We will also provide you with proof of purchase/ownership.
