For sale is my Vauxhall Astra 3 door hatchback. The car drives fine but is in need of a little tlc. The car drives fine but has a short mot left on it, 15/07/2025, it needs the horn looking at as it’s stopped working, aircon doesn’t work and it needs a new window regulater and a new wheel bearing potentially! Apart from this the car runs and drives fine. I have owned the car for 6 years now and it hasn’t skipped a beat. Only selling due to new car, it’s has 134.000 on the clock with part service history. I believe if you get the horn fixed it will fly through the mot, it just needs a little tidying up on the things I have mentioned. It starts first time every time and drives very well. Good car, mechanically sound as far as we know. Been used as a run around. Good bodywork. Drives lovely. Does have couple of issues. Bonet catch is broken, entry manual via front hence missing grill! And also has a battery or immobiliser issue which sometime causes car not to start but is quickly resolved by a jiggle of negative battery connector - then immediately starts. This has not been a big issue for us however will need to be happy to open bonet etc to get car to start when having one of these moments. Great little run around, plenty of life left in it. Recent oil change. Mot Feb 2026. Open to sensible offers.

Toyota Yaris with full service and MOT history from 2008-present. Three owners - original buyer 2004-2008, my mum 2008-2016, us 2016-present (two proverbial "little old ladies" and one cautious young-ish couple). Serviced annually. Current MOT valid until 22nd October. It's a Toyota Yaris, so very reliable, great fuel efficiency, cheap to maintain, etc... It's getting on a bit, so there are signs of wear and tear, as you'd expect (please see photos) - some scratches to the paintwork (got keyed about 8 years ago, but superficial, no rust as result) - some deterioration to paintwork in a few areas (ill-advised attempt to polish the car 5 years ago, swiftly abandoned; again, superficial, no rust as a result) - one chipped hubcap (couple of years ago, but no damage to the wheel, and the cosmetic damage never bothered me) - upholstery is a bit tired Selling because we now have another (slightly younger) second-hand Yaris and much as I am evangelical about the merits of a Toyota Yaris, we don't need two.
