Bought from copart 2 months ago. Slight damage on wing all inner arch is OK no damage just needs outside wing replacing. Cat N minimal damage Car does not start. Had clutch master cylinder replaced as was told that was problem why car wouldn't start. No lights on dash or fault codes, it says push clutch to start but will still not start. All interior, exterior and engine bay mint condition no wear.(apart from wing) Power hood and every switch on car full working order mint condition no wear at all. Only 72k mileage Car is sorn. Could be easy fix for someone that knows cars well. Buyer would need to get car recovered from Grimsby as it will not drive. ie truck/trailer. This is a 2012 Nissan Lafesta 2.0 petrol automatic 7 seater, imported from Japan in 2016. Based on a Mazda 5 MPV it offers versatile 4/5/6 or 7 seat interior layouts. We have just taken this in part exchange against a newer Mazda 5 and are offering this vehicle as a spares or repairs vehicle only - due to its age, mileage and condition it does not meet our standard retail criteria and is therefore offered at a trade price rather than a retail price and has not been mechanically inspected in anyway. The vehicle odometer is displayed in kilometres and is showing 126000 kilometres- this is 78000 miles. The vehicle was showing 48000 kilometres when imported in Dec 2015 and re registered in the UK in January 2016. The MOT history shows mileage as correct but we have no way of verifying the mileage from Japan prior to UK use. The car has some recent service receipts from the last owner who has had it since 2020 and the current MOT runs to Jan 2026 with the following advisories - near side rear tyre close to legal limit, exhaust silencer slightly loose, both front lower suspension bushes worn but not resulting in excessive movement. The vehicle has been subject to an insurance claim in May 2016 and is registered as a Cat D loss. ( this is non structural damage that could be repaired but the insurance company chose to pay out rather than repair) The car currently has some cosmetic issues - both front and rear bumpers have paint damage, the offside side skirt is missing, both headlamps are faded and one has some water ingress, there is only one key and the casing is damaged, otherwise there are odd marks around body in line with its age. The radio unit has been replaced with a UK unit so picks up UK stations. This gives our best indication as to the condition of the car but note it has not been mechanically checked and we would advise you had that done before using on the road.
