Perfect first car or run around vehicle! No history of breakdowns or unreliability. Replaced clutch and auxiliary belt. Some cosmetic damage to paintwork but superficial and repairable. Two small spots of rust (photographed). This car has been my little run around for 5 years now and never once let me down. It's very low maintenance and easy to drive, can comfortably cruise at 80mph and go long distance. It is surprisingly spacious inside especially when the rear seats are collapsed so very useful for moving house or transporting furniture if needed. Runs with misfire and oil leak. Unsure where misfire is coming from, coil packs, spark plugs and HT leads checked - all fine. Oil leak is suspected piston rings or valve stem seals. Rear sills will need attention due to rust. Compression was tested and was 160, 120, 120, 140. Clutch slave master cylinder has also gone so slips easily but does not slip out of gear. A much loved car, I just don’t have the time for it anymore. It will need to be trailered away.
