The car is fully functional! It just doesn't have a valid MOT. I have new front and rear brake pads (I suspect they might need changing),5 litres of oil and a filter. I'm also throwing in some extras. I have two keys, both slightly chewed up by my dogs, who also ate the V5, so I don't have that either. The cost is £25 for a new one.
