Nice tidy condition. Current MOT. Recent suspension fault which I have not solved. Replaced both front suspension air units and front suspension junction control box. Now have fault C1 A20-064. The compressor does run at initial start up, but looks like pressure is not built up in a required time, so vehicle faults. Internet search advises a list of probable causes. I have decided to cut my losses, as I have limited use of workshop to spend the time to fully diagnose. The vehicle does drive and was a good comfortable drive prior to fault occurring. I did try it from my home address to a lock up, but would probably not recommend driving any further than a few miles. It is a cut my losses with this vehicle, I do like it, but I have neither the time, money or facilities to fault find it properly. Would like to see around £1,500 for a take away as is, but aware that time and money needs to be spent on it. Really am open to sensible offers. Located Portland Dorset. 2007 Land Rover Freelander 2 HSE. Spares or repair. Car has covered 161,450 miles. 2 keys, partial service history. V5C. Maintained/serviced by myself for the last few years (career engineer). Car has all the usual HSE extras. This car failed its MOT last year on corroded sills. The rest of the car is in good condition. The bodywork, apart from the sills, is in decent condition bar a few age related marks. The engine and gearbox are perfect. The car runs perfectly, no smoke from the exhaust. Doesn't burn oil. All the electrics work... mirrors/windows/heated seats/sunroof/etc. No lights on the dashboard. You have two options with this vehicle. You could get a couple of sill panels to repair the sills and then you'd have a fully functional car. Or, you could part it out for spares as all parts are in functional condition. Either way, there is a lot of value still left in this car. I'm going to get another car so I can't be bothered to do either. NOTE: this car has no MOT, road tax (SORN'ed) or insurance so it absolutely will NOT be road tested. It will, however, be able to drive onto a trailer/low loader as it is fully functional otherwise. Starts first time. You can see from the attached MOT failure sheet that it has no major issues.

Land Rover Td4 Freelander 2005 05 plate Mileage is less than 149K. I drive it every other day. The car drives brilliantly as further repairs have been carried out. Receipt dated 27/6/2025 from land rover specialist garage. Something worth mentioning is that for the past 4-5 yrs, I've always used premium diesel since it's been recommended by my mechanic. Premium diesel from Costco Birmingham as I am a member. Had the car for about 7-8 yrs, bought another car so need to have 2 4x4 MOT ends in May 2026. All advisories have been repaired at a land rover specialist garage except headlamp discoloration issues caused by age. I have receipt for advisories repairs carried out. For the discoloration of headlamp, I've applied a liquid and it's clear now. Clutch in its whole was done less than 2 months ago at A1 clutch in Tipton. I also have receipt from A1 clutch. Further repairs carried out by land rover specialist garage on 27/6/2025 and receipt available. The car is a much pleasure to drive. Throughout the years I've had it, it hasn't given me many issues. I try to repair the advisories even if it's a pass MOT. Any repairs were carried out at a land rover specialist, located literally 1 min drive from my place. I enjoy driving it as it is solid and robust. No leaks, no smoke. No warning lights on, no overheating. Both rear windows don't work. Both front windows work. Central locking works, however, driver side rear door doesn't unlock with central unlocking but it does lock with central locking 1 key. receipts Tow bar w/electr Service Seat cover 2 days old. Big service was done less than 2 yrs ago Tyres are good The car is very good mechanically, it's a solid old car. Pics will show a dent, scratch I drive the car so mileage will slightly go up. Mileage is going towards 149K. Come see it, check it out, if you like it, you buy it. Any questions please ask. Land rover Freelander GS TD4, diesel. Selling as none runner (probably an easy fix for someone who knows about cars),spares or repairs. 2010, private reg L222RVR probably worth £250/£300 alone. Has towbar, electric windows, air con. Bluetooth etc. Currently sorn and no MOT so will need collecting on a trailer. Had reduced engine power, so we paid over £1000 for the work on the photo attached to be done. Including new disks and pad at the front and a service. It was fine for a while. But now has reduced engine power and we can get it to tick over but won't start. Suspect it needs DPF clearing but not really sure. We've got another vehicle now so no longer needed.
