So shouldn't be any issues to sort any time soon. It has some character - when the key is removed from the ignition, the windows go down. To raise windows and lock car this needs to be done from the outside - reliable and works every time, please see attached video of how this is done. This quirk is accounted for in the reduced price compared to other vehicles of similar age / mileage.
