Every time it has an MOT our mechanic said it is a great car for its age don’t scrap it, just sort the rust It is my wife’s car and she has got a job as a befriender and needs a car that has a working window! Silver Bullet has been with us for the last 12 years and been a great work horse. Mazda Mx5 NC 2.0L PRHT silver Convertible Here for sale is a car which is beautiful to drive, however has knocking coming from the engine. The car has an updated exhaust system and remap producing 180bhp which I have the dyno for. This is the sought after 2.0L PRHT with manual gearbox and as this has the maximum spec for the nc mx5, also has a limited slip differential and uprated bill stein suspension. - there is also a pioneer upgraded head unit to allow for Bluetooth connection. When I purchased this car 6 months ago, I carried out a full service including engine oil change, oil filter, differential oil, gearbox oil and spark plugs (uranium). Has MOT until 11 February 2026. It had a pretty poor MOT in January which I paid for welding to the the rear arches, new lambda sensors and other things to get it through, then a couple of months later the knocking sound appeared in which I stopped driving the vehicle immediately to prevent further engine damage. The bodywork is poor (rusting around arches with paint bubbling in places, rusting from stone chip front of car) and the alloys have a few curb marks The reason for sale is driving was costing me a lot financially as I am an apprentice so am forced to sell the car. I am happy to answer any questions, this is a great vehicle and just needs the engine fixing I have been completely honest with the condition of the car.

Hi, Please find my MAZDA RX-8 in factory red with 32k miles. Was planning on turning this into a project car but my jag had other plans. Pros: Had compression tested at the start of the year compression was in the high 7’s tested at city quay car services by rotary specialist. Loads of history for services and MOT, All paperwork can be seen. All electronics in working order Car is immaculate inside Low mileage Has been completely stock its whole life. Rust isnt as bad as many other RX-8s around Scotland Cons: Car has been SORN’d and has been sitting in my garage for the last 4 months. Battery needs to be jumped still has good levels just unused over winter. Power steering connector needs to be reseated to reset the power steering as the cars steering is misaligned slightly but still drive able Need this car gone for space in the garage which is why I’m basically giving it away. Would be a great project car, you won’t find one kept like this anywhere. No time wasters open to reasonable offers
