Welcome to the listing of my little Mercedes, I brought this car a couple of months ago with a few issues and not much history, but with the intention to bring it back to glory and use it as a summer car. Sadly time are hard and I need the money and space. I’ve been using it as my run around the past couple weeks as my main cars broken, so it is all drivable and ready to go. The engine sounds and run perfectly, and is a quick little car when needed. It has a all electric hardtop roof, which all work as it should, and it doesn’t leak from what I’m aware. Since I’ve owed it, it’s had a full service, 2x tyres. Issue and problems I know and found since driving. 1. BaS/ESP and eml light on, been told it’s the abs pump. Hasn’t been a issue with the drive of vehicle. 2. The drivers side front wing is bent, and the drivers side head light is slightly loose. 3.drivers inner door handle/lock is temperamental, some times let you out, sometime doesn’t. 4. I think a ball joint and track rod end needs doing as steering wheel not straight, and knocks. 5. The front bumper and fog lights broken, due to pheasants, 6. Broken mirror glass. 7.front brakes are low. Good bits. It has mot till September/October time. 1 key, v5c present. Cheap classic sports car. All electrics and entertainment works. Hard top convertible all works. Low miles 87,000 miles Interior is in okay condition too. This car is not perfect, it has its ages related/car park bings and marks and a few little dent here and there. It overall it’s not a bad little car for someone with time to bring it back to life, it does need a good valet and wash. I might do that before it sells. I have just used it for 4 day driving down and around London and it never missed a beat, it’s a shame I have to sell it. It sold as seen. Fiat Coupe - 2.0 20v 2dr - Timing belt replaced 128,652
Well maintained mechanically with full service history (yes, even up to this mileage) and plenty of garage receipts including the all important timing belt which was replaced at 128,652 miles (September 2020) with the water pump (and oil seals) at the same time. This car drives and performs well, as you would expect a five cylinder Coupe to, still plenty of life left in the engine which starts, runs and 'pulls' well, even in fifth gear - plenty of torque there. The sunroof (working) is the only factory fitted option on this car, it does not have air conditioning. I have been using the car mainly for long distance driving and it has never let me down but I am now of an age where I think it is time for less of an 'enthusiasts car'. Some spares are included as I don't have the time to sell them separately; Sunroof weatherstrip (original Fiat part),uprated bonnet gas struts (aftermarket),handbrake cable x 1, replacement Clarion radio-cassette (the original stopped working properly and I never got around to doing this swap over). Overall I believe it is in good condition for a 28 year old car (and never being garaged) but of course now shows signs of age and wear despite being looked after by myself for the last twelve.
