Priced competitive due to condition. Great little runner though and very economical. This car has high mileage which comes with age. For transparency / honesty, items which needs attention - MOT expired. (SORN) - there is a belt slip when starting the car. Relatively new battery. - it struggles to go into 1'st and 2'nd gear; clutch? - some minor marks on bodywork , but no scratches or dents. Was not in any incidents while owning the car. - Tyres in great condition with 2 no relatively new - full service history - interior need some TLC too, which comes with age.

Cambelt and water pump done at 98k (stated in service book, done by Audi). 17 inch wheels Body is good, episcally for its age Had new coin tray and cup holder. New light switch Well-looked-after car. Only 3 previous owners from new. For a 23-year-old car, thats impressive. In the last week its had Front wheel bearing Brake pads Rear shocks (both) Rear brake and registration lights Wiper blades Bad bits: Some marks around the car have attached pictures. Isnt bad episcally for how old it is. Clutch pedal is highish(no slip no smell nothing like that, biting point is still strong have read they've got high pedals as is). Previous owner said they had clutch done ages ago but no proof. Not looking to waste people's time or mine, tried to be as honest as I can. Audi A3 1.8t 2001 BLUE Just serviced with fresh oil and filter and replaced the subframe and control arms, suspension(struts and coils) replaced last year, timing belt kit and water pump replaced at 94k. Through the last year a new alternator and battery has been fitted and a lot more. Good tires (Goodyear all around) and body work for it’s age. On the downside it has a sagging roof, scuffed wheels and mill light on as nothing usual for these cars. Has been used by my wife for school run and for commuting to work. Kids have grown up and is too small for us now and that’s why is up for sale. Sold as seen. Please be aware that you are not looking at a new car and so time wasters will be ignored. Why so cheap? - It's a second car. - Want a quick sale. - Due it's next service. - Intermittent EML which is annoying as the car drives absolutely fine. Light comes on an off randomly. ** - Broken bonnet leaver. ** Main dealer suspected it was due to carbon build up on inlet valves. Had valves walnut blasted & cleaned by manufacturer to remove carbon (can provide proof). Warning is suspected to be due to the custom air intake & exhaust, which I did not want to restore back to factory. Car has not been re-mapped.
