The dash is showing ECU Unavailable and the engine is stuck at 1500rpm (probably an easy fix) Both front brakes need replacing (discs and likely shoes, possibly the caliper on the left front. There's a dent on the left side - unknown cause, likely a delivery van! So, it's sold as-is, well below the going rate for the type/mileage. You could limp it away or you'll need a tow.
