Audi A4 Avant - 2.0 TDI Executive SE Euro 4 5dr - SUPER RELIABLE WORKHORSE
This Audi A4 2.0 Tdi Avant has been a superb and dependable workhorse for the near 30,000 miles I have covered while I have owned it. It has been just that, a superb workhorse needing only the usual service maintenance and tyres and had a cambelt at 195,000. Don't be put off by the mileage there are far more poorly maintained cars out there with half the miles and not as reliable as this old girl, the car puls strong, does not smoke even when it pulls a trailer, clutch is good, and returns 45mpg pretty much all the time. It really doesn't look its age or mileage with its genuine Audi 18" Multi Spoke alloys and red calipers, the black pack dechrome also sets it off from other models. I will be sad to see her go as it has been so reliable I may live to regret it, but my work brings even more miles for me to cover soon. Light comes on an off randomly. ** - Broken bonnet leaver. ** Main dealer suspected it was due to carbon build up on inlet valves. Had valves walnut blasted & cleaned by manufacturer to remove carbon (can provide proof). Warning is suspected to be due to the custom air intake & exhaust, which I did not want to restore back to factory. Car has not been re-mapped.
