This is my daughter in law's Mini Cooper . It requires some minor work for the MOT and due to the arrival of a new baby my son doesn't have the time to complete the works . We have had the gearbox replaced with the more durable 6 speed Cooper S with limited slip diff at considerable cost. Engine runs fine and it's in good overall condition for it's age. The rear exhaust, front brake discs, pads & callipers have recently been replaced. The car averages 50 mpg & with cheap insurance is perfect as a first car. The Sunroof was an optional extra from new. The car has the Honda "magic seats" in the rear which either fold up to give a normal boot loading area or fold flat to make the rear almost small van like- (large enough to fit a mountain bike or washing machine in)! They're very clever. I've taken a photo of them folded down. The car is in very good condition as can be seen in the photos. Although the paintwork is generally good, it does have a couple of scrapes (as shown in photos),but not excessive for the year & mileage.
