Wheel bearings replaced. Ideal parts car or repair and use as runabout. Door damaged by another vehicle last year, repair costs (door only) made it cat N I think. Can be started for a few seconds to listen to engine. Cannot be driven until leak fixed and motd. Nice set of tuning fork alloys but will need a couple of tyres. Good powerful sound system with Kenwood head and aux. Leather chairs, drivers seat well worn but comfortable. Usual lacquer peel on bonnet. Stainless coolant pipes and new rad about three years back.Thermostat upgrade. Last mass produced English sports car and mid engined to boot! Maybe good resto as its one of the much better later models and top of the range VVC. Car has been waxoyled with re applications. Two sets of keys and fobs.History file including delivery dockets. A great car to drive, but has some minor damage and a new boot curtain is required for the roof to work. The engine pulls like a train, the gear box is slick, and the chassis handles well, but a neighbour scuffed the front right bumper and a falling tree added some dents to the bonnet and passenger side A pillar. Other age related marks are present. Hence the sharp price. I would keep the car but my partner won't drive a manual so it's been replaced by an auto box car and has to go. I've had it serviced locally during the time I've had it and the MOT was done in May this year. The car comes with 2 keys (keyless operation type),2 emergency keys, service book stamped annually till October 2021 at 70250m, original handbook, has rear parking sensors, aux input, cd player, auto headlight control, sport and standard engine modes, auto windscreen wipers, touch to lock doors. There are no warning lights on the dash, everything, except the roof, works exactly as it should. I am confident a replacement boot curtain will sort the roof as it was working fine untill the ends of the retaining rod snapped off. The interior of the car is in good condition as can be seen in the photos. I may consider a swap for a learner friendly small car as I have a 17 year old who is ready to start lessons.
