It runs smoothly with no engine or gearbox issues. There’s a bit of rust visible in the pictures, but the car has been well-maintained and regularly serviced, so the mileage isn’t a concern. Selling as spares and repairs as some days it drives fine and others sounds like diesel knock and starts smoking. Turn off car and back on and it runs fine again. Engine is fine would be a decent car for someone when fixed! It’s 100% a fuel problem just don’t have time to get it fixed. Been told it’s easy to fix if you know what you’re doing!! Handbrake might need tightening. Scratch on rear passenger side door. (Not bad at all) Had diagnostic plugged in and shows glow plugs.(again doesn’t affect the car at all!) I only use it for school runs/ to and from work which are all local so never gets a good run. Could be an easy fix for someone but I don’t have the time or patience to get it sorted. It’s the 360 camera model. It’s had full service in last 2 months. Two new front tyres. New brake pads on front. New fuel filter. Had a new clutch 1500 miles ago! NO STUPID OFFERS….

I am gutted I have to sell my VW Golf 1.6 TDI car due to recent medical problems ( being a recent amputee ) unfortunately the car is a manual and I can no longer drive it. I have owned the car for 10 year and it has been a solid run around apart from the following issues which are as follows; The dpf filter is blocked therefore the car is in limp mode. It is also out of MOT, Its had a pre mot showing that there are some issues that need to be address, from memory theres a problem with the lower wishbone bush, front lower ball joint and an anti roll bar link. It does drive, but it is in limp mode due to the dpf filter. I believe if someone was to spend the time doing the work it would last another 10 years. Tax is only £35 for the year. I will except sensible offers only, no time wasters.

Cheap runaround for sale. Had this car for years still have all original paperwork, book and been very good for fuel today's prices £55-60 does full tank and tax only £14 a month, insurance £30 a month. Has general wear and tear as can been seen, just completed MOT recently so will have just shy of 12 months plus new tyres on the front, rear are decent. Unfortunately since bringing back I've been informed that an injector needs to be replaced £40 on eBay. There is an electrical fault with the boot and door window on drivers side, as I need to change cars as just had a child and 3 door no longer suitable and as you can image my time is limited. I have compared prices across several platforms and the ones I found range from £1500-1800 for this make & model based on mileage without these issues. Hopefully someone finds love for this car as this was my first pride of joy that wants to get these minor issues fixed estimated around £200. The reason for the price being so cheap. Perfect first car or run around vehicle! No history of breakdowns or unreliability. Replaced clutch and auxiliary belt. Some cosmetic damage to paintwork but superficial and repairable. Two small spots of rust (photographed). This car has been my little run around for 5 years now and never once let me down. It's very low maintenance and easy to drive, can comfortably cruise at 80mph and go long distance. It is surprisingly spacious inside especially when the rear seats are collapsed so very useful for moving house or transporting furniture if needed.
