Mini Cooper. December 2015. 1500cc, 6 speeder. 178,099 MILES. MOT'd until December 15th. Road tax is £20 a year. I'm the fourth keeper from new. Factory alloy wheels, air conditioning, half leather seats, heated seats, remote central locking, keyless go, electric windows, electric mirrors, factory sat nav, stereo. Despite the dramatic mileage it really doesn't look like a 178,000 mile car. It's in good condition generally as you can see. The car runs and drives but the alternator and the alternator belt have both broken. So the battery doesn't charge. The multimedia digital display screen has also broken. See the pictures (I think it's the pixels). But these screens are available on E Bay. I've seen one for £179 (see picture). So this is very much a project car. I'm in Westbury, Wiltshire. A good and tidy example of this fun little pocket rocket. I've owned it for just over a year as a stop gap car, and now need to upgrade to a something bigger with 4-doors. Thoroughly enjoyed owning this car, and its been used daily for social and commuting duties. Mileage is currently 140, 000 and will rise through use. In good overall order, though as a 16-year old car with several previous owners it isn't perfect. Potential buyers should expect to see scuffs, marks and blemishes, but nothing significant. The worst mark is a dent by the fuel filler cap (see pictures). Full leather interior, with panoramic roof, aircon etc. I even have some additional interior trim panels to match the piping on the leather seats - which i never got round to fitting. Fresh MOT (until August 2026) and before that, work carried out due to wear & tear includes: New engine rocker replaced cover (due to a slight crack which was weeping oil) New Alternator and pulley New water pump and pulley New Radiator Negatives - EML has recently come on connected with the timing. On a recent quick diagnosis, there is a slight misfire so timing will need to be looked at. Genuine car looking for a new home. Price is to reflect the above and its overall condition.

This is my daughter in law's Mini Cooper . It requires some minor work for the MOT and due to the arrival of a new baby my son doesn't have the time to complete the works . We have had the gearbox replaced with the more durable 6 speed Cooper S with limited slip diff at considerable cost. Engine runs fine and it's in good overall condition for it's age.
