Ford Focus - 1.6 Zetec 5dr - Ideal for fixer project!
700 ONO. IDEAL FOR SOMEONE LOOKING FOR A PROJECT - HAS ISSUES. Unfortunately I no longer have the time, patience, or money to invest anymore into this car as I only need a run-around for short distances! It was such a great car until recently. I have had it in to 3 garages for a noise and dashboard light (stabiliser keeps flashing up) that no one can seem to fix... Was told the stabiliser flashing wasn't an issue and can still drive it - but the car has started losing power anywhere between 45-50 mph as if the stabiliser is kicking in and taking control. Sometimes it drops down to just above 40, sometimes can stay at 50. This obviously isn't ideal!! 5th gear seems to pull it down too, even if gaining speed well. Latest garage said they suspect it is a steering alignment or wheel alignment. It was absolutely grand until this! But I don't have the time or money to invest anymore into this car - ideal for someone willing to invest a little time and money and get it back to standard! Have a current appointment for a garage early July - happy for someone to keep this appointment and not wait any longer booking their own! Happy to discuss further and send evidence/comments from invoices.

And one of the LED type bulbs needs changing on one of the headlights. The brake sensor light comes on intermittently. I've had a the brake pads checked and they're fine. After a jet wash, the light went off so could be dirt on the sensor. Sometimes, there is a knocking noise on the back right hand side when going over a speed-bump or pothole. Had the suspension checked and that's fine. The front wing mirror glass is a little bit loose, so could do with re-sticking on.

For sale is my 2001 BMW Z3 M Sport. The reason for the low price is due to the car having low compression on cylinders 2 and 3 (as shown in the pictures). It could very well be a straightforward fix, but after getting the brakes all done, a new coil pack fitted, the exhaust system repaired and putting in a new battery, I'm not prepared to invest much more. The bodywork is commensurate with age, as is the hood (though it would benefit from a refurb). The interior is very clean and everything works as it should. The car changes gear well and recently had the cooling system overhauled, including a new radiator, expansion tank and hoses.
