Any existing faults will be disclosed in the vehicle description prior to purchase. 3. Claims & Returns Any warranty claim must be made within the 30-day warranty period. In the event of a claim, the vehicle must be returned to the seller for inspection. All return and recovery costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. No repairs are to be undertaken without the seller's prior written approval. 4.Vehicles Traded Without Warranty If the vehicle description does not include a one-month warranty, the vehicle is sold strictly on a trade sale basis. In such cases, no warranty is offered or implied, and the purchaser accepts full responsibility for any faults or issues arising after the sale. 5. Trade Sale Declaration Vehicles disposed of on a trade sale basis are intended for buyers who acknowledge that the vehicle may require work, and agree to purchase as seen, tried, and tested, with no recourse or liability falling upon the seller after completion of the sale.
