NVSL reserves the right to inspect the vehicle and assess the nature of the claim before authorising any repairs under warranty. Repairs covered under warranty must be carried out by authorised NVSL service centers or VAT registered garages approved by NVSL. Limitation of Liability: NVSL's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components as determined by NVSL at its sole discretion. NVSL shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the vehicle, including but not limited to loss of time, inconvenience, or transportation costs. Transferability: This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the vehicle during the warranty period, provided that NVSL is notified of the change of ownership. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
