Welcome to the listing of my little Mercedes, I brought this car a couple of months ago with a few issues and not much history, but with the intention to bring it back to glory and use it as a summer car. Sadly time are hard and I need the money and space. I’ve been using it as my run around the past couple weeks as my main cars broken, so it is all drivable and ready to go. The engine sounds and run perfectly, and is a quick little car when needed. It has a all electric hardtop roof, which all work as it should, and it doesn’t leak from what I’m aware. Since I’ve owed it, it’s had a full service, 2x tyres. Issue and problems I know and found since driving. 1. BaS/ESP and eml light on, been told it’s the abs pump. Hasn’t been a issue with the drive of vehicle. 2. The drivers side front wing is bent, and the drivers side head light is slightly loose. 3.drivers inner door handle/lock is temperamental, some times let you out, sometime doesn’t. 4. I think a ball joint and track rod end needs doing as steering wheel not straight, and knocks. 5. The front bumper and fog lights broken, due to pheasants, 6. Broken mirror glass. 7.front brakes are low. Good bits. It has mot till September/October time. 1 key, v5c present. Cheap classic sports car. All electrics and entertainment works. Hard top convertible all works. Low miles 87,000 miles Interior is in okay condition too. This car is not perfect, it has its ages related/car park bings and marks and a few little dent here and there. It overall it’s not a bad little car for someone with time to bring it back to life, it does need a good valet and wash. I might do that before it sells. I have just used it for 4 day driving down and around London and it never missed a beat, it’s a shame I have to sell it. It sold as seen. Having recently paid for new tyres (Dec 2024) and, in the last two months, new front bearings, new rear shocks, new rear brake discs and new DPF, the car has now failed its MOT (just read the list of galling failures in the MOT scan) that made me wonder why I even bothered with the other repairs. Rather than throw even more money away, I'm offering this well-loved car to someone who can use its bits (of which there are many) for spares and repairs. The engine is in good condition and runs well and it's been a great car to drive - there must surely be life left in it before it hits the scrap heap...
