Here is for sale a vw golf 1.4 fsi petrol. Car drove really good never let me down. Bought this car as a run around. The car has failed its MOT on the emissions and engine light is on due to the exhaust blowing. There is dents ,wear and tear here and there. VW Golf 1.6 Petrol Manual Selling our much loved VW Golf as we are moving abroad. Engine size: 1.6 Just passed MOT this month *Advisories: 2 shock absorbers have light misting of oil. Break disc worn but not seriously weakened (this will need attention soon) As viewed in one of the pictures, some of the bodywork on the door started to become a bit loose, so a machanic screwed it back into place. Not the most aesthetically pleasing, but it does the job and isn't very noticeable. I think there has been two previous owners... I will need to check that. I believe we have full service history. Engine management light is on but when i spoke to a mechanic he told me it was linked to thermostat sensor and told me it wasn’t urgent and didn’t need changing, i have been driving the car everyday without problems. Passed last MOT with a few minor advisories on it. Very low mileage for a car of this age at 92,515 so still got a lot of life left in it! cheap runaround with cheap insurance and road tax so perfect for new drivers aswell. 44.8 mpg so also cheap to run Car has just had front brake disc + pads changed last week and back drivers tyre has been replaced with a brand new one on the 29th September 2025.
