I have converted it from air suspension on the rear using a professional coil spring conversion. I plugged it in and the computer said crankshaft sensor which I replaced. It did not fix the problem. I have since spoken to a BMW mechanic who said it could be a timing chain which has stretched. Car still runs and drives but will need some repair. It has had a small oil leak ever since I owned it but was never bad enough to worry about. I could possibly assist with delivery. Needs a new chain and would be a great project for someone (competent mechanic) to get it back on the road (no sign of any damage, no noise when it failed, car just lost power but head not removed yet). Quite good condition for age, as can be seen in the photos (some signs of age, as you would expect). Owned since 2 years old but don't have the time to do the chain myself, so selling to a good home.
