Rover Metro 111i for sale. Failed MOT due to excessive corrosion. Exhaust also needs replacing. No longer financially viable to repair so am looking for a classic car enthusiast to either purchase to restore or break for parts. Lacquer has gone on the bonnet and roof is sun bleached. Rust has also set in under rear arches and trim so big welding job required. However, milage is very low (28,000) and the engine runs perfectly. Front panels, doors and boot all in great condition. The Wolseley 1500 is a characterful simple little car much loved within the classic community and this one offers a relatively simple restoration for anyone looking for a little project. the bones of this car are there, we have had it running and driving albeit with very little in terms of brakes and it has had some basic engine work done including water pump and plugs, oil, rotor and a carb rebuild. It will want a repaint, the rear quarter panels either need reworking or replacing and some general attention across the body work. The interior is pretty good with a need for a carpet and the wooden dash front needs replacing as it's pretty much gone. 95% of what you need is there to take this car on to the next level. Renault Megane - 1.6 VVT Dynamique 2dr
Renault Megane Dynamique 1.6 petrol, with only 75k miles. Lady owner for past 9 years. Left in garage & unused for about 4 years. Put new battery in & fresh petrol & it started 1st time! This car was used daily, until arrival of children. Mot expired back then. It has a brand new battery. The ignition coils & low profile tyres were replaced when last used. The glass roof folds down into the boot (which is huge, when roof is up) but haven't done this recently, as car is now on driveway & don't want to take any chances. It was fine back then, but I will leave to new owner to lube the mechanism, but it used to have no problems. Can be driven as is, of course. The worst point is lacquer flaking, around the boot & nearby. (please check pictures) It also has air conditioning (will need filling obviously) & alloy wheels. Also a good sounding original CD player. This car is perfect for some cheap summer fun & someone who is able to spend a few hours getting it all good. Injury means I cant do it myself. Comes with some service history too. A great car for this money..!! Clacton on sea area.
