It's 2008 Chevrolet Lacetti. I'm scrapping it on the 19th July 25. Just put this up incase anyone wants it for banger racer or as a parts car because not many around now. Parts are hard to get. It has MOT until Sunday. The reason why I'm scrapping it is cause the maintenance bill has snowballed: 1. Clutch Hydraulics temperamental. Apparently its the slave cylinder according to garage. 2. Clutch works but on its last legs. 3. Cam belt needs doing 4. Exhaust blowing. 5. Abs is not repairable [ I've changed the sensor and ring with no luck ] 6. Yes the bumper has been changed 2 years ago after I span out on motoway puddle , however it is structuraly sound because fortunately its all plastic. And has been MOTed since. Other than that it's a decent motor. Sadly because of the ABS issue no point fixing it up. Open to sensible offers.

Cheap runaround for sale. Had this car for years still have all original paperwork, book and been very good for fuel today's prices £55-60 does full tank and tax only £14 a month, insurance £30 a month. Has general wear and tear as can been seen, just completed MOT recently so will have just shy of 12 months plus new tyres on the front, rear are decent. Unfortunately since bringing back I've been informed that an injector needs to be replaced £40 on eBay. There is an electrical fault with the boot and door window on drivers side, as I need to change cars as just had a child and 3 door no longer suitable and as you can image my time is limited. I have compared prices across several platforms and the ones I found range from £1500-1800 for this make & model based on mileage without these issues. Hopefully someone finds love for this car as this was my first pride of joy that wants to get these minor issues fixed estimated around £200. The reason for the price being so cheap. Nice tidy condition. Current MOT. Recent suspension fault which I have not solved. Replaced both front suspension air units and front suspension junction control box. Now have fault C1 A20-064. The compressor does run at initial start up, but looks like pressure is not built up in a required time, so vehicle faults. Internet search advises a list of probable causes. I have decided to cut my losses, as I have limited use of workshop to spend the time to fully diagnose. The vehicle does drive and was a good comfortable drive prior to fault occurring. I did try it from my home address to a lock up, but would probably not recommend driving any further than a few miles. It is a cut my losses with this vehicle, I do like it, but I have neither the time, money or facilities to fault find it properly. Would like to see around £1,500 for a take away as is, but aware that time and money needs to be spent on it. Really am open to sensible offers. Located Portland Dorset.
