This is a 2012 Nissan Lafesta 2.0 petrol automatic 7 seater, imported from Japan in 2016. Based on a Mazda 5 MPV it offers versatile 4/5/6 or 7 seat interior layouts. We have just taken this in part exchange against a newer Mazda 5 and are offering this vehicle as a spares or repairs vehicle only - due to its age, mileage and condition it does not meet our standard retail criteria and is therefore offered at a trade price rather than a retail price and has not been mechanically inspected in anyway. The vehicle odometer is displayed in kilometres and is showing 126000 kilometres- this is 78000 miles. The vehicle was showing 48000 kilometres when imported in Dec 2015 and re registered in the UK in January 2016. The MOT history shows mileage as correct but we have no way of verifying the mileage from Japan prior to UK use. The car has some recent service receipts from the last owner who has had it since 2020 and the current MOT runs to Jan 2026 with the following advisories - near side rear tyre close to legal limit, exhaust silencer slightly loose, both front lower suspension bushes worn but not resulting in excessive movement. The vehicle has been subject to an insurance claim in May 2016 and is registered as a Cat D loss. ( this is non structural damage that could be repaired but the insurance company chose to pay out rather than repair) The car currently has some cosmetic issues - both front and rear bumpers have paint damage, the offside side skirt is missing, both headlamps are faded and one has some water ingress, there is only one key and the casing is damaged, otherwise there are odd marks around body in line with its age. The radio unit has been replaced with a UK unit so picks up UK stations. This gives our best indication as to the condition of the car but note it has not been mechanically checked and we would advise you had that done before using on the road. For sale is my 2006 Convertible Audi A4 S-line. I've had this car 11 months and was bought as a stop-gap car until I got another vehicle. I've recently got a car through my own business and therefore, this is the only reason for me selling as I no longer need this car. The GOOD The car itself was owned by an elderly couple for around 6 years and in that time covered under 10k, which you can see from the MOT history searching online. Last MOT passed with no advisories and if you go online and search MOT history, you'll see a good record with minimal issues when it comes to MOTs - More wear and tear parts than anything. In the last 11 months of ownership I don't think I've covered 1k using it as a daily runabout. This has resulted in a well below average mileage for a car of this age. The car hasn't put a foot wrong for me using it as a daily and has been reliable throughout. If I had the room, I'd probably keep it as it's a great car especially when the warmer weather is with us! The BAD 3 things to note: 1 - It's a CAT N car which may bother some people? Didn't bother me as I know a CAT N is non-structural. Honestly, didn't make a jot of difference in the insurance premium and I had an RAC report done on it prior to getting the car. The plus side of a Cat N is that you get a car worth more for cheaper than market value guess. That's the way I looked at it. 2 - Little history with the car. Again, wasn't expecting extensive history for an 18 year old car, but what I do have with the car is a few receipt of work including a receipt for a new turbo at approx 60k which was nice to see. 3 - There's a sensor fault with the roof. Basically, one of the roof sensors will intermittently think the roof isn't locked down when it is. I had it hooked up to a diagnostic tool and it confirmed a sensor. The issue is intermittent and the roof functions fine in terms of dropping and raising and locking. MOT failed on headlight beam adjustment so either switch or motor fault on light. (See pic). Significantly reduced to reflect current state but won't budge for offers. Making a significant loss to clear. Someone will get a bargain for little work. Located in Warrington, north west.
