Suspected oil cooler needs replacement Creamy water in water tank No cream in in actual oil Water tank not pressurising Doesn’t overheat Looks like oil is leaking from oil cooler With all that in mind I would say it’s the typical oil cooler issue Runs and drives fine and will drive anywhere local ok but I wouldn’t recommend going further.
