I really wish I didn't have to sell this car, I love it a lot, but unfortunately, the time has come. I just don't have the time or knowledge to maintain the vehicle the way it deserves, so I am looking for someone to give it the TLC it needs. Rover 75 Classic SE CDT Black 2L Diesel 2002 ~74,000 SORN & MOT Expired No optional extras or modifications fitted Last service over a year ago Condition: Tired, but not in bad condition. A few minor scrapes and marks but could probably be detailed out. Minor electric issue, possibly a loose wire, causing the indicator light to speed up on occasion. Battery flat. The engine is in beautiful condition, purrs and runs wonderfully, and the gearbox is still as smooth as silk. Interior is good but has a bit of wear from age. The car currently has one MAJOR ISSUE - the rear brakes are not functioning, i.e., there is no working handbrake. I have the parts required to fix the issue but haven't been able to find the time to do it. Once the rear brakes have been fixed, this car will run and operate wonderfully. Thanks to the low mileage, it'll keep going for years and years to come! I also have some additional spare parts and Haynes manual that will be included. This Audi A4 2.0 Tdi Avant has been a superb and dependable workhorse for the near 30,000 miles I have covered while I have owned it. It has been just that, a superb workhorse needing only the usual service maintenance and tyres and had a cambelt at 195,000. Don't be put off by the mileage there are far more poorly maintained cars out there with half the miles and not as reliable as this old girl, the car puls strong, does not smoke even when it pulls a trailer, clutch is good, and returns 45mpg pretty much all the time. It really doesn't look its age or mileage with its genuine Audi 18" Multi Spoke alloys and red calipers, the black pack dechrome also sets it off from other models. I will be sad to see her go as it has been so reliable I may live to regret it, but my work brings even more miles for me to cover soon. I stopped using this car a couple of years ago because the brake discs were getting hot after 15 or so miles of driving it & have never got round to repairing it as I bought another car in order to get to work every day so in essence the brakes need looking at & that's about it really. The car does need an MOT which is why it's cheap. Overall it's in great condition for the year & everything works as it should. The engine sounds good & runs fine & for the year it is VERY low mileage!. The full leather interior is also in excellent condition. The car also incorporates a glass sliding panoramic roof. The private number plate IS included in the sale. No real service history is included but I did change the oil & filter every 12 months. 3!!! key's are also included with the car.
