I stopped using this car a couple of years ago because the brake discs were getting hot after 15 or so miles of driving it & have never got round to repairing it as I bought another car in order to get to work every day so in essence the brakes need looking at & that's about it really. The car does need an MOT which is why it's cheap. Overall it's in great condition for the year & everything works as it should. The engine sounds good & runs fine & for the year it is VERY low mileage!. The full leather interior is also in excellent condition. The car also incorporates a glass sliding panoramic roof. The private number plate IS included in the sale. No real service history is included but I did change the oil & filter every 12 months. 3!!! key's are also included with the car. Mercedes-Benz A Class - 2.0 A160 CDI Classic SE CVT 5dr
SPARES OR REPAIR There is a transmission fault, codes have been read and are: 0793 (secondary rpm sensor Y3/9b4 unavailable) 0722 (RPM Sensor Y3/9b5 unavailable) 0896 (impermissible adjustment of the step-down ratio) No problems until the fault comes up (which can be after 10 minutes or drive for hours just fine). Once the fault comes up it feels like it's seeking rpm under acceleration. Stopping and starting the car clears the fault on screen and it drives normally again. Clean car with lovely interior, auto headlights, large colour screen, cd multi-changer in glovebox. Would repair but we have 3 cars and need to get rid of one and I'm not a mechanic and garage rates for dismantling it is prohibitive (look up ecu repair for Mercedes Benz 722.8 CVT).

This is a 2012 Nissan Lafesta 2.0 petrol automatic 7 seater, imported from Japan in 2016. Based on a Mazda 5 MPV it offers versatile 4/5/6 or 7 seat interior layouts. We have just taken this in part exchange against a newer Mazda 5 and are offering this vehicle as a spares or repairs vehicle only - due to its age, mileage and condition it does not meet our standard retail criteria and is therefore offered at a trade price rather than a retail price and has not been mechanically inspected in anyway. The vehicle odometer is displayed in kilometres and is showing 126000 kilometres- this is 78000 miles. The vehicle was showing 48000 kilometres when imported in Dec 2015 and re registered in the UK in January 2016. The MOT history shows mileage as correct but we have no way of verifying the mileage from Japan prior to UK use. The car has some recent service receipts from the last owner who has had it since 2020 and the current MOT runs to Jan 2026 with the following advisories - near side rear tyre close to legal limit, exhaust silencer slightly loose, both front lower suspension bushes worn but not resulting in excessive movement. The vehicle has been subject to an insurance claim in May 2016 and is registered as a Cat D loss. ( this is non structural damage that could be repaired but the insurance company chose to pay out rather than repair) The car currently has some cosmetic issues - both front and rear bumpers have paint damage, the offside side skirt is missing, both headlamps are faded and one has some water ingress, there is only one key and the casing is damaged, otherwise there are odd marks around body in line with its age. The radio unit has been replaced with a UK unit so picks up UK stations. This gives our best indication as to the condition of the car but note it has not been mechanically checked and we would advise you had that done before using on the road.
