I really wish I didn't have to sell this car, I love it a lot, but unfortunately, the time has come. I just don't have the time or knowledge to maintain the vehicle the way it deserves, so I am looking for someone to give it the TLC it needs. Rover 75 Classic SE CDT Black 2L Diesel 2002 ~74,000 SORN & MOT Expired No optional extras or modifications fitted Last service over a year ago Condition: Tired, but not in bad condition. A few minor scrapes and marks but could probably be detailed out. Minor electric issue, possibly a loose wire, causing the indicator light to speed up on occasion. Battery flat. The engine is in beautiful condition, purrs and runs wonderfully, and the gearbox is still as smooth as silk. Interior is good but has a bit of wear from age. The car currently has one MAJOR ISSUE - the rear brakes are not functioning, i.e., there is no working handbrake. I have the parts required to fix the issue but haven't been able to find the time to do it. Once the rear brakes have been fixed, this car will run and operate wonderfully. Thanks to the low mileage, it'll keep going for years and years to come! I also have some additional spare parts and Haynes manual that will be included. Mechanically spot on. Suspension is nice and smooth, no knocks. Gearbox and clutch all good. Tow Bar. There is a few bits that are reflected in the lower asking price. The Engine light is on but there is nothing wrong with the engine.... One of the minor air compression pipes started sucking in the air from outside and that's when the engine light came on.... I taped the pipe and the engine runs mint since, but the light still stays on. It never bothered me. Aircon is empty. Some bubbling on both wheel arches. Some noise coming from heater/fan unit when keys put in the ignition the first 5 seconds. Front VW badge missing. Genuine sale as I'm buying another car. No time wasters, No offers!!!
