This invoice is for the sale of a motor vehicle from 'The Seller', Aberdare Motors Ltd, to the stated customer, referred to herein as 'The Buyer'. 2.This invoice and associated terms and conditions constitute the entire contract between the two parties. 3.Delivery shall be deemed to have been made on the date that the Vehicle (stated overleaf as Vehicle Details) is made available for collection by the Buyer and the Seller has given notice to the Buyer that the Vehicle is ready for collection.
