1988 Pre facelift 190e 2.0. This car is a project, it is a very clean with the exception of the N/S quater panel having a hole in the top of it by the vent and both front wings having the usual rust above the bumper. The underside of the car is in very good condition and I have photos to prove so. The car has over £1000 of brand new suspension on it all rear arms Bilstein shocks all round and Eibach lowering springs. The engine will want replacing due it it tapping and breathing heavy the gear box is in good working order. The interior is missing door cards, seats are in good condition and the dash top has no cracks. The car starts and drives but will need to be trailered away as it has no MOT. I have stacks of spares with this car and a full manual conversion for it which I will sell separate to the sale of the vehicle. PRICE NEGOTIABLE. Very good condition for a car that’s 21 years old, no problems with the car at all. Engine management light is on but when i spoke to a mechanic he told me it was linked to thermostat sensor and told me it wasn’t urgent and didn’t need changing, i have been driving the car everyday without problems. Passed last MOT with a few minor advisories on it. Very low mileage for a car of this age at 92,515 so still got a lot of life left in it! cheap runaround with cheap insurance and road tax so perfect for new drivers aswell. 44.8 mpg so also cheap to run Car has just had front brake disc + pads changed last week and back drivers tyre has been replaced with a brand new one on the 29th September 2025. Also comes with a spare tyre in the boot. Screen not included.
